FAQ-1723 Week Traffic Report

 

REPORT DESCRIPTION

The Week Traffic Report shows calls grouped by each week for the period you select.  This report can be run for all extensions, a single extension, or by department, division, or site.

 

REPORT FIELDS

  • The Week of...

  • # of Calls

  • Call Duration

  • Call Price

  • Average Call

  • % of Total
     

HOW TO RUN THIS REPORT

  1. Start the Comm One Call Accounting.

  2. Click on REPORT on the top menu bar.

  3. Select DAY WEEK MONTH REPORTS from the report list.

  4. Select the WEEK TRAFFIC REPORT.

  5. When the options screen pops up, select the options you want and select OK.
