The City Traffic Report combines calls by the City that was used to make or receive the call. All Area Codes and prefixes for each city are combined into one line for this report.

HOW TO RUN THIS REPORT

Start the Comm One Call Accounting.

Click on REPORT on the top menu bar.

Select TRAFFIC REPORTS from the report list.

Select CITY TRAFFIC REPORT
-
When the options screen pops up, select the options you want and select OK.
