The Area Code Traffic Report shows calls for the period that you select by Area Code so you can see where your call traffic is coming from and going to.

HOW TO RUN THIS REPORT

Start the Comm One Call Accounting.

Click on REPORT on the top menu bar.

Select TRAFFIC REPORTS from the report list.

Select the AREA CODE TRAFFIC REPORT
-
When the options screen pops up, select the options you want and select OK.
