FAQ-1707 Call Cost Traffic Report

 

REPORT DESCRIPTION

The Call Cost Traffic Report ranks the calls by the call cost.  This report allows you to easily view the call cost for your most commonly made calls.  It also makes it easy to identify expensive calls so you can monitor those and take appropriate action.

 

REPORT FIELDS

  • Dall Duration (Minutes)

  • # of Calls for that duration

  • Total Duration 

  • Price 

  • Average call length 

  • % of Total Calls

 

HOW TO RUN THIS REPORT

  1. Start the Comm One Call Accounting.

  2. Click on REPORT on the top menu bar.

  3. Select TRAFFIC REPORTS from the report list.

  4. Select CALL COST TRAFFIC REPORT.

  5. When the Call Cost Traffic Report screen pops up, select the options you want and select OK.
