FAQ-1714 Trunk Group Traffic Report

 

REPORT DESCRIPTION

The Trunk Group Traffic Report shows you the number of calls by trunk group for the period that you select when you run the report.  You can use this report to monitor your trunk usage and see if you are over or under on the number of trunks you have in use.

 

REPORT FIELDS

  • Trunk Group

  • # of Calls for that trunk group

  • Total Duration for that trunk group

  • Price for that trunk group

  • Average call length for that trunk group

  • % of Total Calls for that trunk group

 

HOW TO RUN THIS REPORT

  1. Start the Comm One Call Accounting.

  2. Click on REPORT on the top menu bar.

  3. Select TRAFFIC REPORTS from the report list.

  4. Select TRUNK GROUP TRAFFIC REPORT

  5. When the options screen pops up, select the options you want and select OK.
