FAQ-1709 Time of Day by Half Hour Traffic Report
REPORT DESCRIPTION
The Time of Day Half Hour Traffic Report shows you each half hour of the day and how many calls per half hour there were based on the parameters you select when you generate the report. You can look at calls by half hour for the whole company, or by extension, department, division, or site.

Total Duration for that half hour

Price for that half hour

Average call length for that half hour

% of Total Calls for that half hour
HOW TO RUN THIS REPORT

Start the Comm One Call Accounting.

Click on REPORT on the top menu bar.

Select TRAFFIC REPORTS from the report list.

Select TIME OF DAY TRAFFIC BY HALF HOUR Report
-
When the options screen pops up, select the options you want and select OK.
