FAQ-1721 Day of Month Traffic Report

 

REPORT DESCRIPTION

The Day of Month Traffic Report shows calls by day for the report parameters that you select.  You can run this report for all extensions, a single extension, or for a department, division, or site if those are setup on your system.

 

REPORT FIELDS

  • Date (day of month)

  • Weekday (Mon, Tue, etc)

  • # of Calls

  • Call Duration

  • Price

  • Average Call

  • % of Total Calls

HOW TO RUN THIS REPORT

  1. Start the Comm One Call Accounting.

  2. Click on REPORT on the top menu bar.

  3. Select DAY WEEK MONTH REPORTS from the report list.

  4. Select DAY OF MONTH TRAFFIC REPORT

  5. When the options screen pops up, select the options you want and select OK.
