TRAFFIC REPORT

REPORT DESCRIPTION

This report shows call totals for each extension for the date range that you specify. Report fields include:

 

  • Name

  • Extension

  • Total # of Calls All Calls

  • Total Duration All Calls

  • Total # of Incoming Calls

  • Total Incoming Duration

  • Total # of Outgoing Calls

  • Total Outgoing Duration

 

REPORT AUTOMATION

This report can be automated so that you receive it for all extensions, or grouped by extension for the departments you specify.

 

HOW TO RUN THIS REPORT

  1. Start the Comm One Call Accounting.

  2. Click on REPORT on the top menu bar.

  3. Select SUMMARY REPORTS 

  4. Select FREQUENTLY DIALED NUMBERS REPORT.

  5. At the report pop up screen select the report parameters for date, call type, division, department, site, etc.

  6. At the REPORT TO prompt specify Preview, Print, CSV, PDF, Email, or XLS.

  7. Press OK and the report will be generated.
