COMM ONE CALL TYPE CODES LIST

When the Comm One Call Processing pulls in your raw call data into the Comm One Call Accounting Software, a call type code is assigned to identify what type of call has been made.  These call type codes are shown on the call detail report and are used by all reports to filter reports by call type.

 

COMM ONE CALL TYPE CODES LIST

• INC - Incoming Call

• LOC - Local Call

• LD - Long Distance Call

• INT - International Call

• IHC - Internal In-House Call (Extension to Extension)

• 800 - Toll Free Call

• 911 - Emergency 911 Call

• PAG - Pager Call

• CEL - Cell Phone Call

• OP - Operator Call
