Comm One Software includes the ability to automate the distribution of reports by email using our Email Automation Utility.  That utility uses an email account hosted on our domain www.myphonereports.com to send those emails.

 

     In order to use this utility, you need to get an email account from us on the myphonereports.com domain.  Email accounts are included with your Comm One Annual Support Agreement along with the email automation tool.

 

PRIVATE SMTP SERVERS NOT ALLOWED

     Because we have a large number of customers using the Email Automation Utility, the utility currently only runs using our SMTP Server myphonereports.com.  Private SMTP servers are not supported because of the difficulty it causes our support department when we have thousands of different SMTP server credentials in place and all of the extra time it takes for us to support that.
