FAQ-1634 How to View Stations (Extns)

 

The VIEW Feature puts the station extension list in a spreadsheet like browse window so you can scroll up or down and view/edit station information.  To access this function you can select VIEW from the bottom menu, or EDIT / VIEW STATION from the top menu bar.

 

Once the browse window appears, you can scroll up or down as needed.  You can also edit the station information.  When you are done you can double click any line, or select OK from the bottom right corner.

 

VIEW STATIONS

 

1. Select VIEW from the bottom menu bar

2. Scroll up and down to view stations.

3. To exit, double-click a station or click on SELECT on the bottom right
