FAQ-1640 Reindex Files
The REINDEX Files option rebuilds all of your database indexes, and also removes any records from your tables that you have marked for DELETION.
HOW TO REINDEX FILES
1. Open Call Accounting
2. Select the TOOLS menu from the top menu bar.
3. Select REINDEX FILES and follow the prompt
