FAQ-1642 Edit Log File Path Name

 

The LOG FILE PATH NAME tells the Comm One Software where to look for log files from your telephone system.  Logs are captured and stored in that folder for processing.  This path is set up when your system is initially installed so you normally would not need to modify this setting.  However, if you just want to see where your logs are being stored you can use this option to discover where your logs are being stored.

 

SET LOG FILE PATH NAME

1. Start Call Accounting Software

2. Select TOOLS Menu on the top menu bar

3. Select EDIT LOG FILE PATH

4. Select OK to Save
