FAQ-1024 Run Report for Number Dialed

 

HOW TO RUN A DETAIL REPORT FOR A DIALED NUMBER

  1. Start Call Accounting

  2. From the Main Menu Select the REPORTS Menu.

  3. From the REPORTS Menu select the QUERY CALL DETAIL option.

 

 

SELECT # DIALED TO REPORT ON

From the QUERY option cursor down to the # DIALED option. It should contain "All" indicating that the system should run the report for all numbers dialed. Erase the "All" setting and put the number dialed that you wish to print or view.

 

SELECT OTHER REPORT PARAMETERS THEN OK

Next, you select your other report parameters like date range, department or call type and select OK to generate the report
