HOW TO RUN AN IN-HOUSE INTERNAL CALL REPORT

To run this report:

  1. Start Call Accounting

  2. From the Main Menu Select the REPORTS Menu.

  3. From the REPORTS Menu select DETAIL REPORTS.

  4. Then select the IN-HOUSE CALLS REPORT

 

SELECT REPORT OPTIONS

Select your report options and select OK and your report will generate.
