FAQ-1740 No IHC Detail Report

HOW TO RUN NO IN-HOUSE (IHC) CALLS DETAIL REPORT

In-house calls (call type IHC) are calls between extensions within your telephone system.  These are calls between employees of your business.  Most phone systems send this type of call data to us for reporting, but some phone systems do not have this capability.  If you have questions on whether or not your phone system can generate this report please contact Comm One Support.

 

To run this report:

  1. Start Call Accounting

  2. From the Main Menu Select the REPORTS Menu.

  3. From the REPORTS Menu select DETAIL REPORTS.

  4. Then select the NO IHC Calls Report

SELECT REPORT OPTIONS

Select your report options and select OK and your report will generate.
