FAQ-1025 Run Detail Report for Single Department

 

HOW TO RUN A DETAIL REPORT FOR A SINGLE DEPARTMENT

  1. Start Call Accounting

  2. From the Main Menu Select the REPORTS Menu.

  3. From the REPORTS Menu select the QUERY CALL DETAIL option.

 

 

SELECT # DIALED TO REPORT ON

From the QUERY option cursor down to the DEPARTMENT option. It should contain "All" indicating that the system should run the report for all departments. Open the dialog and select the Department that you want to report on.  Only extensions assigned to that department will be printed.

 

SELECT OTHER REPORT PARAMETERS THEN OK

Next, you select your other report parameters like date range, department or call type and select OK to generate the report
