FAQ-1746 Voicemail Call Detail Report

 

HOW TO RUN A VOICEMAIL DETAIL REPORT

This report shows incoming calls that are not answered and go to voicemail.

 

To run this report:

  1. Start Call Accounting

  2. From the Main Menu Select the REPORTS Menu.

  3. From the REPORTS Menu select DETAIL REPORTS.

  4. Then select the VOICEMAIL Detail Report

 

SELECT REPORT OPTIONS

Select your report options and select OK and your report will generate.
