FAQ-1738 Outgoing Detail Report

HOW TO RUN AN OUTGOING DETAIL REPORT

The Outgoing Detail report shows all outbound (dialed) calls.  No incoming calls are shown on this report.

 

To run this report:

  1. Start Call Accounting

  2. From the Main Menu Select the REPORTS Menu.

  3. From the REPORTS Menu select DETAIL REPORTS.

  4. Then select the OUTGOING CALLS Report

SELECT REPORT OPTIONS

Select your report options and select OK and your report will generate.
