FAQ-1748 Cellular Detail Report

 

HOW TO RUN A CELLULAR DETAIL REPORT

If you are able to get your cellular call detail in electronic format in a CSV or EXCEL file, we have the ability to import that cellular call detail so that you can report all calls from our employees whether made in the office or by cell phone.

 

To run this report:

  1. Start Call Accounting

  2. From the Main Menu Select the REPORTS Menu.

  3. From the REPORTS Menu select SUMMARY REPORTS.

  4. Then select the TOP 25 EXTENSION REPORT

SELECT REPORT OPTIONS

Select your report options and select OK and your report will generate.
