HOW TO RUN A LONG DURATION CALL REPORT

To run this report:

  1. Start Call Accounting

  2. From the Main Menu Select the REPORTS Menu.

  3. From the REPORTS Menu select DETAIL REPORTS.

  4. Then select the LONG DURATION CALL REPORT

SELECT REPORT OPTIONS

Select your report options and select OK and your report will generate.
