FAQ-1533 SHORT DURATION CALL REPORT

The Short Duration Call Report lists calls under the duration you specify.  If you have the need to review calls that are under a certain duration, this is the report you would run.  For example, if you had a Incoming Call Sales Group you may want them to stay on the phone for at least a few minutes so that they have the opportunity to close a sale.  The shorter the call, the less the chance of selling something.  This report would allow you to sort by incoming calls for a group or single extension, and then filter that report for calls under a certain duration -- 1 minute for example.

 

HOW TO RUN A SHORT DURATION CALL REPORT

To run this report:

  1. Start Call Accounting

  2. From the Main Menu Select the REPORTS Menu.

  3. From the REPORTS Menu select DETAIL REPORTS.

  4. Then select the SHORT DURATION CALL REPORT

  5. Specify the Date Range, Extension, Group nad Minimum Duration you want to show on that report and then select OK.

 

SELECT REPORT OPTIONS

Select your report options and select OK and your report will generate.
