FAQ-1744 Dropped Calls Detail Report

 

HOW TO RUN A DROPPED CALLS DETAIL REPORT

Dropped calls are defined differently on many telephone systems.  If your telephone system can report dropped calls, then Comm One can pick that information up in the call records and generate this DROPPED CALLS report. Please contact Comm One Support with any questions about dropped calls.  We can help you make some test calls and then check your call detail to see how your phone system is currently configured to report or not report them.

 

To run this report:

  1. From the Main Menu Select the REPORTS Menu.

  2. From the REPORTS Menu select DETAIL REPORTS.

  3. Then select the DROPPED CALLS Detail Report.

SELECT REPORT OPTIONS

Select your report options and select OK and your report will generate.
