FAQ-1478 Run a Sequential Detail Report
HOW TO RUN A SEQUENTIAL DETAIL REPORT
The Sequential Detail Report is similar to a regular detail report except that calls are in the chronological order that they were made rather than being sorted by extensions which is the default for the regular detail report.
To run this report:

Start Call Accounting

From the Main Menu Select the REPORTS Menu.

From the REPORTS Menu select the SEQUENTIAL DETAIL REPORTS option.
SEQUENTIAL DETAIL REPORT OPTIONS
Next you will be taken to the report options screen. Select your report options and select OK to generate the report.
SEQUENTIAL DETAIL REPORT
Your Sequential Detail Report will be generated.
