FAQ-1741 Transfer Call Only Detail Report

 

HOW TO RUN A TRANSFER CALL ONLY DETAIL REPORT

This Detail Report only shows calls that were transferred.  While our software can run this report, many phone systems cannot.  For this report to work your telephone system needs to be able to report transferred calls in your raw call detail.  If you have questions on this please contact your Comm One Support/

 

To run this report:

  1. Start Call Accounting

  2. From the Main Menu Select the REPORTS Menu.

  3. From the REPORTS Menu select DETAIL REPORTS.

  4. Then select the TRANSFER ONLY Call Report.

SELECT REPORT OPTIONS

Select your report options and select OK and your report will generate.
