FAQ-1743 No Answer Calls

HOW TO RUN A NO ANSWER CALLS REPORT

This report shows calls that ring and are not answered.  If a call is answered by an auto attendant or voice mail, then that call would not be a NO ANSWER call.  Also, not all telephone systems report no answer calls.  On many phone systems, a call needs to be answered before the call record is released to the Call Accounting.  For this report to work, your phone system needs to support the NO ANSWER condition.

 

To run this report:

  1. Start Call Accounting

  2. From the Main Menu Select the REPORTS Menu.

  3. From the REPORTS Menu select DETAIL REPORTS.

  4. Then select the NO ANSWER Call Details Report

SELECT REPORT OPTIONS

Select your report options and select OK and your report will generate.
