CAQ-1736 Duplicate Extensions or Authorization Codes
UNIQUE EXTENSION NUMBER & AUTHORIZATION CODES
For Comm One Call Accounting Reports to show totals correctly on any summary or traffic report you can only have each extension number or authorization code show up only one time in your Comm One Station/Extension database. If you have duplicate extensions or authorization codes, then you will see the same duplication on your Summary and Traffic Reports and your total number of calls will be incorrect.
HOW TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM
If you see this duplication problem on your system, you need to delete the duplicate extensions or authorization codes until each only shows once in your system. Once you have marked the codes for deletion, you need to run the Reindex Process to actually clear the database. (Tools / Reindex Files)
