REPORT DESCRIPTION

The Day of Month Report allows you to see call totals by day for a single extension, or a group of extensions by department, division, or site.  You can also filter this report or any report by call type so you can see only incoming, outgoing, local, long distance, or international calls.​

• # of Calls

• Call Duration

• Price (user defined)

• Average Call Duration

• % of Total for this report

HOW TO RUN THIS REPORT

1. Start the Comm One Call Accounting.

2. Click on REPORTS on the top menu bar.

3. Select DAY/WEEK/MONTH reports

4. Select DAY OF MONTH report.

5. At the report pop up screen select the report parameters for date, call type, division, department, site, etc.

6. At the REPORT TO prompt specify Preview, Print, CSV, PDF, Email, or XLS.

7. Press OK and the report will be generated.
