FAQ-1482 Trunk Traffic Report

 

REPORT DESCRIPTION

The Trunk Traffic Report shows you the number of calls by trunk for the period that you select when you run the report.  You can use this report to monitor your trunk usage and see if you are over or under on the number of trunks you have in use.

 

 

REPORT FIELDS

  • Trunk 

  • # of Calls for that trunk

  • Total Duration for that trunk 

  • Price for that trunk

  • Average call length for that trunk 

  • % of Total Calls for that trunk 

 

HOW TO RUN THIS REPORT

  1. Start the Comm One Call Accounting.

  2. Click on REPORT on the top menu bar.

  3. Select TRAFFIC REPORTS from the report list.

  4. Select TRUNK TRAFFIC REPORT

  5. When the options screen pops up, select the options you want and select OK.
